Commitment
The creators of All Access propose the implementation of a cooperative television program designed to strengthen the demographic base of the network or syndicate by engineering a qualified nexus between the potential audience composed of boomers and Generation X-ers, and the viable market position of the national distributor/syndicate and their advertisers.
Our cooperative system relates quite realistically toward the current trends that suggest structured diversity employing multi-media programming, unconventional time schedules, multiple network schedule saturation, and playing to the ever increasing critical awareness that has become a symbol of the counter-culture generations.
We plan to be slave and master to the ideas, the networks, the people.
All Access fully recognizes the value of conventional strategies when applied to program development and implementation for broadcast.
We merely don't have the time to delve further into the issue of status quo.

Relationships
Our ideas merit immediate and direct attention in order to take part in the generationally defined, though artistically deficient, trends and programming dedicated to the specifically heightening youth market and its subsequent relation to the emerging new media trends.
The possibilities of the information infrastructure are astounding yet quite premature.
For this reason alone, All Access needs to develop a solid relationship with a network or syndicate programmer.
Our future anticipates linking onto the infrastructure sub-system in order to disseminate our original programming to a critically vibrant, youth-driven audience.
We do not have a proven track record in the broadcast industry.
This is our strength.
Our programming concepts are outlined in the following draft..
