  Show Strategy: Intent

  Programming Intent

Will be to provide the only direct window of access for entering into the generally unknown realm of backstage rock & roll.

Everyone has the curiosity of discovering what lurks securely behind the scenes of any live event, of almost any nature.

Most people hold a certain the desire to, at the very least, have an opportunity to walk through the backstage area...or walk onto the stage... or chill with the crew on the tour bus!

Our programming ideas become very patent at this root level of association.

This proposal seeks support to position the ideas presented, the strategies offered, and specific program preferences to the selected network, syndicate, or related programming organization for consideration of All Access strategy to the pilot episode phase of development and beyond.

  Strategy

The reality of the entertainment business is that its risks are high and its margins, in general, are lean.

Programs are no longer looked upon as a glowing profit center -- rather, they are gears in a complex global entertainment combine .

They may not produce big individual profits, but, as a synergistic collective, they produce characters for theme parks, gimmicks for video games, hot songs for CDs, interactive DVD environment's, WWW delivery, etc..

We have at our advantage, an unlimited set of media choices.

  Objectives

To create a program that will focus on the work, social, political, communal, and life dynamics of a traveling RoadShow crew.

To deliver a long-term audience that will emerge into a solid demographic for the national distributor and their valued advertisers.

Provide alternatively balanced program offerings utilizing existing & new media platforms

To define the radical and extreme distances that road crew personnel travel in order to satisfy "The Show!"

To provide a facility for creative expression thru technical dynamic that caters to today's youth culture, both in production, existing and new media programming, and inherent reality of life.

To create and deliver morality plays in the guise of hip rock stories.

These are currently missing in today's America.

TV or no TV!
